Hello everyone. Your ILCP Co-Director here, Snowballpink.

Now, as you know, there hasn’t been alot to do in the ILCP in the past two months. The leaders apologize for not posting. However, were going to get active and start this place up again! Here is what the leaders will be doing in “Operation: Get Active”

Emanx2, ILCP Director – Improve ally relations with ACP, post a page for ILCP History.

Snowballpink, ILCP Co-Director – Welcome/train new recruits, edit already existing pages, create a Parent page for parents.

Blackpen1234, ILCP 3rd In Command – Find spys fit for the rank of Squad Tacticsman.

How you, an ILCP Spy, can help – Recruit more spys for ILCP on random Club Penguin army chats.

We need your help to get ILCP active again. So I hope you can recruit more spys for us. Doing everything you can for ILCP does help you get a promotion. To start you off, here is an example of how you should recruit on army chats.

1. Log on to a Club Penguin army chat.
2. Private Chat anyone on the chat.
3. Move on to another person on the chat once you are done saying this:

Hello. Are you interested in joining an elite spy agency for Club Penguin armies? If so, I would suggest the ILCP. The Infiltration League, or ILCP, is a spy agency for Club Penguin armys. You could sort of say we’re mercenaries. No, we won’t just go in some army and use our agents. We will wait and see what your army expects of us and maybe we will do the work. Our current leader, and founder, is Emanx2. And in case you have not yet noticed, our color is black. So if you are interested in joining the ILCP, please comment on the Join page located at: http://theinfiltrationleague.wordpress.com/ Please bookmark our site also so you don’t forget about us! Thank you for your time.

If for whatever reason people want you to stop recruiting on the chat, please do. We don’t want to upset anyone. Just log off that chat and find another one. If the same thing happens for every chat you go on, you can stop recruiting and inform an ILCP leader how many recruits you got.

War!

Alright so there is a war ACP vs Nachos. We are going to assist them and maybe get away with some information.

On April 1st we shall go and defend Server Snowfort

On April 2nd we go in for the info Snow Bank in the Dojo as the info is so far…

Snowballpink: The war has been called off. Also, My edit color will be green.

It has been done. Operation: Befriend is done. (YAY!) Now we will be going to war… This was copied from the ACP site.

So, baring these factors in mind, The Army of Club Penguin declares war on the Nacho Empire.

Reasoning:

1.) We want to bring back fun times of war, and Nachos would be our only competitive army.

2.) We want proper tactics and skill to return to CP warfare, as opposed to size dominating. Henceforth, ACP will only be using clovers, ACP Bombs, and formations. No spam charges or just filling up a room and declaring victory. We would hope Nachos would comply with this, as we want this to be a “beta test” of this new idea.

3.) We want to disprove CPA’s belief that Nachos are the Number 1 Army.#

4.) Nachos willingness to target us when we were down.

So, we will be invading Nachos at the following times:
